Danielle Librera (Chef & Owner) Brian Coonce (Owner) Danielle and Brian, who both have a love affair with food, come to the culinary field from different backgrounds. Both are natives of New Jersey where they first met and moved here to Phoenix in 2000. Danielle had a background in child care but after moving to Phoenix she decided to explore a new line of work. With a passion for food, Danielle decided to attend The Scottsdale Culinary Institute. She completed her training there in 2003 and also studied with Colette Peters, a New York City Cake Designer.
